Shipping policy

 

We ship nationwide across the Philippines. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer both standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days and is available at a flat rate of ₱60. For faster delivery, express shipping is also available, with delivery in 1–2 business days. Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location.

We also offer free standard shipping for all orders ₱1,500 and above. This will be automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

Tracking details are emailed once your package has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. At this time, we only ship within the Philippines and do not offer international shipping.
